While your vibration and immune system aren’t the same thing but are directly related, I thought I would give some tips to aid you in and keep them both healthy. A high vibe and strong immune system is what protects you from illnesses.
While it is very helpful to your journey to have spiritual practices. If you aren’t taking care of your body they won’t help as much or as well. If your energy, vibe, and immune system are low you are susceptible to illnesses. If you keep both high functioning you won’t get sick and you will feel much better health and energy wise..
This is what I tell my clients to do, when they come to me with low energy levels.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Eat balanced meals with at least one meal a day high in healthy protein. Try and eat at least 2 meals day with 3 being even better.
- If you feel you aren’t getting all your vitamins and minerals from food take vitamins and mineral supplements.
- 7 or more glasses of clean water a day. You can filter your water or get bottled water. Beware though most bottled waters are just tap water. https://www.considerate-consumer.com/drinking-water
- Try to get 15 minutes or more of sunshine a day. Sunshine can give you your Vitamin D limit for the day in just 15 to 20 mins.
- Try to minimize and limit caffeine, and alcohol.
- Try to limit or avoid processed foods. Eat as natural of foods as possible.
- Spend a little bit of alone time each day even 15 minutes will benefit you.
Try and develop a daily routine of self-care. This will benefit you the most on your journey to self-mastery and becoming your Higherself.
